Remote Support

With our Remote Support contract you will be able to request remote desktop support from one of our qualified support staff.  Being on a contract means you do not need to pay more for one off sessions every time you need help, you can call up any time and an available support staff member will initiate a session with you.

To start remote desktop support session with us, you need to download and install the lastest version of TeamViewer from https://www.teamviewer.com/en/

Install the basic setup for personal use and contact support to initiate your session.

Contract Prices:
Remote Support: £50.00 per month

Standard Prices:
Remote Support: £35.00 Per Session (Maximum 1 Hour)

 

Home/Office Support

We provide a Monthly Support Contract for your Home or Office, this includes 1x Free Callout and 1x Free Half Hour onsite per Month.

This service also includes the Remote Support Contract which entitles you to Unlimited* Remote and Telephone support per month, this can deal with 90% of issues without the need for an Engineer visit.

We also offer the support of an Engineer to your site should you have issues that cannot be fixed over the phone or by remote support, these issues could be the result of a computer hardware/software issue or an Internet related issue which prevents us from giving remote support.

Contract Prices:
Home/Office Support: £75.00pm
Callout: £25.00 (1x Free per month included)
Onsite: £25.00 per half hour up to a maximum of £400.00 per day. (1x Free per month included)

Standard Prices:
Engineer Callout: £35.00
Engineer Onsite: £35.00 per half hour up to a maximum of £560.00 per day.
Remote Support: £35.00 Per Session (Maximum 1 Hour)
